Ingredients

1 lb 99% lean, ground turkey
6 oz Ronzoni Rotini pasta (2 C. measured dry)
4 oz. diced or sliced, roasted red peppers
1 C. spinach (frozen)
1 10-3/4 oz can low fat cream of mushroom soup
1 6 oz can tomato paste
3 C. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. onion powder
Directions
Spray 10" skillet with olive oil spray.
Brown, the ground turkey seasoned with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Break up the turkey as it cooks.
Mix cream of mushroom soup and water together with a whisk. Pour soup mixture into skillet and add tomato paste; stir to incorporate. Add rotini and spinach and bring mixture to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir to fluff.
