EXCELLENT AND EASY.... EXCELLENT AND EASY....
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups cooked chick peas or 1 190z tin, drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup tahini
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 or 2 cloves garlic (personal taste)
    1/3 cup + 2 tblsp water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Keeps in refrigerator for 6 days. Serve with Naan bread or pitas.
Makes 8 1/4 cup servings.
