Ingredients

1 10 oz. pkg fresh spinach
1 cups mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup sweet onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cider vinegar
2 TBS. granulated (or equivalent of sugar sweetner)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Mix first four ingredients in large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl until sugar and salt disolves. Pour over salad, and toss just before serving. Should serve 8.
