Introduction

This peanut butter pie is so good that my father-in-law requests it as a 'pie a month' Christmas present every year!
And the best part is that this recipe makes TWO pies! One to share now, one to share later!!

Ingredients

    1 c. smooth peanut butter
    1 package low fat cream cheese(softened)
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 8oz container of low fat or lite non dairy whipped topping (approx 4 cups)(thawed)
    1/2 c. 2% milk
    2- graham pie crusts

Directions

this recipe makes 2 full peanut butter pies at 8 servings per pie.
*Beat together peanut butter and cream cheese.
*Add milk and beat again
*Add powdered sugar, 1/3 c at a time, beat until smooth
*Add container of whipped topping, beat until smooth
Spread half of mixture in each pie shell, freeze for approx 2 hours.
**To serve, thaw slightly, cut into 8 pieces, return uneaten pieces to freezer
**You can also garnish this with a sprinkle of cocoa powder for an extra touch..YUM!!!
