This is a simple apple crisp that somes together without much preparation! This is a simple apple crisp that somes together without much preparation!

Ingredients

    4 small granny smith apples, peeled & sliced
    1 tbs ground cinnamon
    3 tsp splenda
    1 packet Maple & br. sugar oatmeal
    10-5 sprays I can't believe its not butter spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray pie pan with non stick spray. Peel, core and slice apples, sprinkle with cinnamon and splenda, sprinkle oatmeal packet on top and spray the oatmeal lightly with the buttery spray. Bake for 20 minutes.

    So good! I omitted the margarine and used a sprinkle of Molly McButter. Also, I baked it in the toaster oven. It was amazing-2 servings of fruits right there. It would be fantastic with a big scoop of vanilla yogurt : ) - 5/9/07

    I fixed this last night. I used Quaker Instant Oatmeal High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl. I used Splenda Brown Sugar and added a few chopped pecans. I also added a little Orange Juice for extra liquid. It was a little crunchy. May cook a little longer next time. Could make it 6 servings. - 2/9/10

    Easy to Make..... ( substituted and used Apples and Cinnamon oatmeal instead (fewer calories) and I used Becel Topping and cooking Spray. It tasted ok.... a nice healthy dessert treat - 2/15/09
