Ingredients

    1 can rinsed chick peas
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 garlic clove
    1 T. extra virgin olive oil
    2 large (6") whole wheat pitas
    1 large chopped tomato
    1 chicken breast w/o skin
    1 T. Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette
    Mrs. Dash or herbs to taste
    1 t. paprika (sweet) or cayenne (spicy) to taste

Directions

Slice chicken into tenders. Marinate in the light balsamic vinaigrette while preparing the rest...

Put chick peas, lemon juice, garlic clove and olive oil in food processor and process until smooth. Add paprika or cayenne for color and taste.

Cut pitas into wedges.

Saute chicken tender slices.

Toss Mrs. Dash or herbs with tomato.

Arrange on plate and enjoy!

Note: for added texture, toast pita wedges at 350F for about 5 minutes or until crisp.
