Introduction

I got this recipe from the Kraft Parmesan cheese bottle and added onion, Italian seasonings and used egg beaters instead of an egg. Next time I make it I will try adding some flax meal to boost the protein and omega 3's as well as, help with the texture. Ingredients

    1 Lb. Ground Turkey, Lean
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 tsp. Italian seasonings



Directions

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Then form into meatballs. Place in a baking dish that is sprayed with olive oil or covered with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 - 40 min. in a 375 degree oven.
