Ingredients

    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tbsp grounf flaxseed (or flax meal)
    1 cup plain, low-fat yogurt, plain
    1/2 small banana
    6 seedless grapes
    2 medium strawberries


Directions

Mix the yogurt, vanilla and ground flax in a bowl.

Chop the fruits to desired size and mix together in a separate bowl.

In a tall glass or bowl, alternate layers of yogurt mixture and fruit.

    Sometimes I use Fiber One cereal rather than the flaxseed. Use the 60 calorie flavored yogurt for less calories/more flavor. - 3/16/07

    This sounds wonderful! Love the flax idea for fiber content. Will use FF Greek Yogurt and may add layers of Kashi Go Lean for crunch and use more berries. - 1/21/11
