This sounds wonderful! Love the flax idea for fiber content. Will use FF Greek Yogurt and may add layers of Kashi Go Lean for crunch and use more berries.
Sometimes I use Fiber One cereal rather than the flaxseed. Use the 60 calorie flavored yogurt for less calories/more flavor.
