Oatmeal cottage cheese pancakes
I found this recipe and love them. I double the batch and put them in a Ziploc bag and put them in the fridge. In the morning I just pop them in the toaster. For a little extra protein I also add a scoop of whey protein powder. I do not give my son that one. I put them in two separate Ziploc bags and mark them, “protein”. He loves them too and they fill you up!
