Wow-oh- Wow! I have never tried oatmeal pancakes, to eat or make. I do not to need look any further than the very first one I tried! I cut the recipe in half, and used whipped cottage cheese, added a !/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!
