Introduction

lovely no flour pancakes. These ones have real eggs and sugar. lovely no flour pancakes. These ones have real eggs and sugar.

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    .5 c cottage cheese
    .5 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tsp sugar
    .5 c oats

Directions

in a blender, puree 2 eggs, half c cottage cheese, .5 tsp baking powder, vanilla, and sugar.

add oat, just mixing. batter should still be lumpy.

fold in blueberries

On a griddle, spray no stick spray and heat to 350

Spoon batter into 6 pancakes
cook approx 3 minutes each side.

serve with topping of your choice, but they are good without any toppings!
