    1/2 cup Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal
    1/2 cup Hood Low Fat No Salt Added Cottage Cheese
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    4 egg whites

Tips

I use a stick blender to make cleanup easier. Have added fruit. I use sugar-free syrup. Almond extract makes a good alternative to vanilla and cinnamon also tastes good.

Blend all ingredients in blender or with a stick blender.

Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook as you would cook "silver dollar" pancakes, a few small ones at a time.

Top with your favorite pancake topping!


Serving Size: Make 3 large pancakes or 8 or more small ones.
