    cooked on med/low flame, and they are wonderful. Used 6 tabs Eggland Best liquid egg whites & daisy 2% cottage cheese. Added 1/2 tsp baking powder. Recently added 1 ounce or so of very dry shredded zucchini, that was really good in them.I have these frequently, a favorite. don't blend in blender. - 9/7/16

    I loved them. Since I'm trying to cut wheat out of my diet, I'm having trouble finding options for breakfast, so was pleased to find this alternative. Next time I'll process the oats before adding other ingredients. - 5/23/13
