Introduction

I was out of bananas one day, so I subbed in oatmeal to add bulk - it was super yummy! Be sure you blend it up really well so the whole grains will be crushed enough to easily digest. Ingredients

    1/2C cottage cheese
    1C frozen strawberries
    1/4C rolled oats
    1T honey
    1T wheat germ
    1T whole or ground flax seeds (whole will be crushed while blending)

    water to thin

Directions

Blend all in a blender, adding water as necessary, until whole grains are well crushed.

Serving Size: Makes 1 shake, around 20 oz
