Introduction

Basic egg-free, low-fat, low-cal, healthy & tasty tuna salad. Basic egg-free, low-fat, low-cal, healthy & tasty tuna salad.

Ingredients

    24 oz Tuna, canned in water, drained (2 large cans)
    1/4 small onion, diced
    1 medium celery stalk, diced
    2 T dill pickle relish
    3 T Miracle Whip Light
    (optional) few dashes of salt (calculated nutritional info with 6)

Directions

Drain tuna, dice onion and celery, mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for a few hours to marinate the flavors.

Serve on celery, wrapped in lettuce, on crackers or bread — or (my favorite) on toasted english muffins and covered with a slice of cheese (microwave approx 90 seconds to melt cheese then let cool).
