Introduction

Horrors! I only had 350 calories for dinner, and nothing in the house that fit without work. So I worked! This came out pretty good. The original idea was to wrap it in lettuce leaves, but turns out what I thought was lettuce in a produce bag in the fridge, was actually green onions. So I just ate the salad. Yumm! Horrors! Ingredients

    2 oz Low Sodium Tuna
    1 cup Broccoli, chopped
1 tbsp Kraft regular Miracle Whip
    1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Directions

Chop one cup of fresh broccoli. Since the original idea was to make a wrap, I chopped pretty small pieces. Put broccoli over boiling water to steam, takes about 5 minutes when chopped small. Open and drain tuna, put half the can in a soup bowl. Add Miracle Whip and mustard. Check broccoli, if it's done to your taste, add it to the bowl, stir to mix thoroughly, and enjoy. I do wish I had had the lettuce leaves - I've read about lettuce wraps, but never tried one! Oh, well. Next time!
