Introduction

Ingredients

    1 salmon filet
    about 2 TBSP of crushed pecans
    1 TBSP canola oil
    egg white
    crushed red pepper
    Italian seasoning

Directions

Heat oil in a pan. Beat egg white. Dip salmon in egg white then the crushed pecans covering both sides. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook until done, turning once.
