    2 cans Bumble Bee white crab meat
    2 cans Bumble Bee lump crab meat
    20 Zesta saltine crackers, crushed
    1 rib celery, minced (about 1/4 cup)
    1 shallot, minced (about 1/4 cup)
    1/4 green pepper minced (about 1/4 cup)
    2 T. stick margarine
    2 T. light tub margarine
    1/4 c. egg beaters
    1/4 c. lite mayo
    1/4 t. cayenne pepper
    1/4 t. black pepper
    1 t. mustard powder
    1 t. old bay seasoning
    1 t. dried parsley


saute the veggies in melted butter until softened.
Remove from heat and combine with the crab and crackers.
Add the spices and mix well.
Combine the mayo and egg in separate bowl and then mix into the crab mixture.

Form into 8 patties and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, turn over, and bake an additional 10 minutes.
