Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds of thin, bone in pork chops
    1 6-ounce box of Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Pork
    1 Tbsp. Butter
    1 1/2 cup of water
    Pepper, to taste
    1 can of Mushroom Gravy

Directions

Melt butter in a 12 X 8 casserole and add warm water. Stir in Stuffing Mix until moist and evenly distributed in dish.

Top with 4 - 5 lean, thin bone-in pork chops. Pour gravy over top of pork chops.

Bake for 40-45 minutes in 350 degree oven, until pork chops are cooked. The bones should begin pulling away from the meat.
