Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Tilapia Filet (4 oz.)
    Extra Light Olive Oil (1/2tbsp.)
    Salt
    Pepper
    Emeril's Essence

Directions

Coat non-stick pan with oil. Heat to medium. Season Tilapia on both sides. Pan fry filets about 2-3 minutes per side.

Makes one serving. Delicious with fresh sliced tomatos and couscous.
