    plain lowfat yougurt. (omit splenda if using sweetened yogurt.)
    serving splenda
    1/2 tspn cinnamon


Directions

mix ingredients.
let stand a few minutes till blueberries soften.

may blend for icecream like texture.
it's good without the yogurt, too. reminds me of blueberry pie.

makes 1 2-cup serving
