Introduction

A wonderful easy no bake cheese cake. It's always the life of the party! A wonderful easy no bake cheese cake. It's always the life of the party!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    Cream Cheese, 3 packages, small 3 oz
    Canned condensed sweetened milk 3 cans
    Lemon juice, 1 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Pie crust, graham cracker, 3 pie shells

Directions

Allow cream cheese to soften for a few hours at room temp. Blend Cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, & the vanilla extract together. blend for several minutes. It will be lumpy at first but after a few min the lumps will soften out. Just keep blending untill a smooth consistancy is reached. then pour into the graham cracker crusts. Each pie makes 8 servings so 24 all together. but you could easily make 12 pieces per pie. It's just up to you how large of slices you want. Let set in fridge for several hours to let the pie set up. cut serve and enjoy!
