Ingredients

    2 6 inch Corn Tortillas
    3 Oz Mahi Mahi Fillet
    2 tbsp Low Fat Tartar Sauce
    2 tbsp Salsa (homemade or store bought)

Directions

Makes 2 tacos (1 serving)

1. Bake the Fillet at 450 degrees for 20 minutes
2. With 5 minutes left, spray skillet with Pam and cook corn tortillas until they are crisp.
3. When fish is done baking, break fillet into small pieces and fill the two tortillas
4. add a tablespoon of salsa and tartar sauce to each taco.
5. Enjoy

This recipe can be made with either store bought or homemade salsa. If possible I recommend using homemade salsa so that you get your serving of vegatables in.
