Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 x chicken breasts - diced or sliced thinly
    1 x Onion - chopped
    1 x cup chopped pepper
    1 x Clove Garlic - chopped or crushed
    1 x Cup frozen mixed Veg
    1 x Pack fresh Egg Noodles
    2 x tsp Light Soy Sauce
    1 x tsp Brown Sugar

Directions

Heat up 1 x tbsp olive oil in a wok
when hot add the garlic, onion and chicken
Cook until onions are soft and the chicken is just browning.
Add other veg - frozen veg / pepper or anything that you may want to use.
Stir fry for approx 4 mins and add soy sauce and brown sugar.
When all coated add egg noodles and heat through.
Serve Immediately
