    15 0z. Ground turkey
    1 box Kraft Macaroni and Cheese
    1 cup salsa
    .5 cup frozen corn


Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed, I usually omit the butter. In another skillet brown turkey. When turkey is browned, stir into mac and cheese. Add salsa and corn. Heat and serve. Makes 4 servings.

    I made this with a little variation. Didn't have mac n cheese, but had whole wheat elbow noodles and some ff cheddar cheese. My family loved it, even my 2 yr old. Thanks - 7/30/09

    This was great and easy to make. I made it for me, my daughter as we are both watching what we eat. My granddaughter who is two LOVED this too. We had fresh green beans as a side dish. Very easy...thanks for the recipe! - 9/15/09
