Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz chicken breast (sliced thin)
    4 tsp ginger (minced)
    4 tsp garlic (minced)
    1 head napa cabbage (shredded)
    1 cup bean sprouts
    3 celery stalk (sliced thin)
    2 carrots (sliced thin)
    2 small onions (cut in half and sliced)
    8 oz sliced chestnuts
    4 oz wheat spagetti noodles (cooked according to directions)
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tsp sugar

Directions

In wok or large skillet. Saute chicken, ginger and garlic. Add vegetables one at a time cook for 5 minutes. Add noodles, soy sauce and sugar. Serves 4.
