Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    32oz of your favorite salsa
    1 can of no salt added corn or frozen
    1 can of low sodium black beans
    1.5 tbs of taco seasoning (not in ingredient list as I make my own salt free version)

Directions

Mix all together except chicken - place a thin layer in bottom of crock pot - place chicken on top - dump rest of mixture on top of chicken and cook for 8 hours. Shredd chicken to serve in burritos - taco salad - etc.
