    1 1/2 cup spicy sausage links( 12 links)
    3/4 c diced onions
    1 1/4 tsp minced garlic
    1 quart water
    2 med potatos- skin on cut in half length wise and then into 1/4 inch slices
    2 cups kale- cut in half and then slice
    1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
    6 strips of bacon


pre heat oven to 300 place sausage onto sheet pan and bake foe 25 minutes or until done. then cut in 1/2 length wise then cut at an angle into 1/2 in slices.
place onions, bacon, and garlic into a fry pan and cook until bacon is done. In a large pot add water and chicken base, bacon mixture and potatos, simmer for 15 minutes add sausage, kale and cream and cook for 4 more minutes. serve with salad and garlic bread. salad and bread are not included in the calorie count.
