Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lbs of raw shrimp-(shell on holds flavor better)
1/4 cup light olive oil
1 oz of light rum
1 tbsp parsley
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp red crushed pepper
1/4 cup white cooking wine
salt and pepper
2 cups white rice (1/2 cup per sev.)
Directions
Blend all ingredients except shrimp in large skillet over med/low heat. Add shrimp and cook slowly until they are pink. Boil rice or pasta while shrimp is cooking. Be careful not to over cook shrimp. Serve over white rice or pasta.
