    1 thomas light english muffin
    1 slice meijer america singles 2% milk cheese
    1 large egg
    2 slices of oscar mayer precooked bacon


toast english muffin and poach egg, heat 2 slices of bacon in microwave for about 10-15 seconds and break bacon slices in half add egg cheese and bacon onto muffin. If you like your cheese melted I put it in microwave for about 10 seconds after i put it all together
