Ingredients

1 store-bought whole wheat Naan TanDooi Bread
1/2 C bell pepper (red, green or both), roasted
! C mozzarella
mushroom slices (to preference)
black olives (to preference)
1 teaspoon olive oil
3 slices prosciutto torn in pieces
roasted tomato (1/2 med) and garlic (3 cloves

Directions
Place 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 medium tomato thinly sliced, and bell pepper on cookie sheet (I foil my pan), drizzled with olive oil and basil. Turn on Broil for about 10 minutes or until veggies lightly brown.
Turn oven to 450 degrees F. Place the pizza shell on a cookie sheet. Lightly coat bread with olive oil. Mince garlic onto bread. I love garlic, but you can use less than 3 cloves. Scatter/layer remaining ingredients. I put the tomato first to act as a sauce flavor. Sprinkle with dried basil. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of bread are beginning to brown.
