Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    1 can chick peas, rinsed and drained
    2 cans black beans, r and d
    2 cans white shoepeg corn, r and d
    1 can yellow corn, r and d
    1/2 or more, red onion diced
    2 chopped tomatoes
    1 oz. or more green chilies
    3 tbsp. lime juice
    1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. ground cumin
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 tsp. kosher salt
    1/4 c. or less of vegtable oil
    1.4 c. or less of extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Add first 7 ingredients to bowl. Then prepare dressing in another bowl, (for less calories, add more lemon/lime juice and less oils). Toss over salad. Serve with chips( if you can afford the calories)
