Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground turkey (93% lean)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Texas Pete (or your favorite hot sauce)
    1/2 c. Feta Cheese, crumbled

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Roll into 1" balls and bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until done. Or you can pan fry them in 1 T. of olive oil or butter.
