    1/2 c. vanilla soy milk
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. cubed soft silken tofu
    1T. creamy peanut butter
    1T. honey

Directions

combine all ingrediants in blender till smooth then serve! Makes 2 to 3 servings.
