I have made this for years using canned mandarin oranges. The fresh fruit is a wonderful variation. I would suggest saving the dressing for just before serving though. - 3/19/09

My sister-in-law makes this, and adds toasted walnuts and gorgonzola cheese - and skips the blueberries. - 3/20/09

My mom started making this salad with strawberries and sometimes mango's years ago. We use a vidallia onion vinagrette dressing and it is great. I will have to try this one with blueberries and raspberries next time I make it. - 3/19/09
