Ingredients

    1/2 C Cottage Cheese
    1/2 C Milk, Non fat
    1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Banana (med- large)
    3 Tbsp Nestle Nesquick 1/3 less sugar
    3-4 cubes of ice

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in blender and blend well.
Makes 2, 1 cup servings.
