Introduction

Very good and easy meal to make not alot of calories. Very good and easy meal to make not alot of calories.

Ingredients

    4 Chicken Legs
    4 cup diced tomato(raw)
    4 cup sliced onion (raw)
    1 Garlic Clove
    4 TBSP Corn Oil
    2 tsp Salt or to taste


Directions

Place garlic and chicken in pot with water and boil until chicken is done. Remove chicken from broth do not disgard broth allow chicken to cool then de-skin and de-bone and shredd in pieces. Place oil in frying pan allow to heat then add chicken allow to cook for about 10 min then add onions cook until onions are almost done then place tomato in the pan and add 2 cups of broth less for a less soupy dish simmer for 15 min.
Eat with tortillas or tostadas or your chioce of other item.Also good with rice or refried beans.
