Introduction

I know children are fussy eaters and wanted to put this recipe on for parents who want an alternative to frozen chicken products and take back a bit of control over the food children are eating. You can add more ketchup or soy or oil depending on your taste. Add new seasoning to suit yourself though the soy replces any need for salt. This works for me. Ther is enough for 3 children or 2 adults I know children are fussy eaters and wanted to put this recipe on for parents who want an alternative to frozen chicken products and take back a bit of control over the food children are eating. Ingredients

2 large Chicken Breasts, no skin,
    2 tbsp tomato ketchup
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce,
1tsp Olive Oil, (type or use of oil optionall depending on cookware you use)

Directions

Cut the chicken breast into bite size chunks or larger if preferred. Put in a food bag (cuts down on cleaning) or bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, mix thoroughly. If you have time let this sit in the fridge for 10 minutes. Heat the pan and add the mixture, cooking for 10 minutes stir frying. I serve this with as much salad and put into wholemeal pitta bread.
This chicken can be put onto skewers for barbecues.

    O.K.
It was ok but I had to add a bit of ground ginger and garlic powder to the chicken and served it with a bag of stir fried veggies - 4/17/09

I'm glad you tweeked it to your own taste, I leake it simple because I use it for my children (I'm a veggie). Like I said it's just a basic to be added too!
