Plain Jane chicken Salad for sandwiches Plain Jane chicken Salad for sandwiches
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    2 chicken brests (boiled) and chopped
    1.5 cups mayo
    1 medium purple onion
    3 hard boiled eggs
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Boil chicken and chop. Place in a large bowl. Chop purple onion and add to chicken. Chop hardboiled onions and add to mixture. Add mayo then mix. This is with regular mayo. Light canbe used instead. Salt and pepper to taste

Serving size 1 tablespoon. I use 2 for a sandwich
