Ingredients

    Olive oil 2 tbsp
    Onions, 1 medium chopped
    Garlic, 1 glove
    Squid, 200gram raw
    Tomato paste , 0.5 cup
    White wine, 1 glass
    Parsley, 2 tbsp chopped
    Bay leaf, 1 leaf
    Pepper, salt

Directions

Put oil in a pan and add onions and garlic. Cook until the onion turns gold. Then add all the other ingredients and shimmer for about 40 minutes. Salt and pepper as desired.
