My grandmother's recipe. She called it Wacky Cake. Some call it Kitty Litter Cake - since you make it all in the baking dish without a bowl. Ingredients

3 cups white flour (I prefer whole wheat)
6 T. Hersheys Cocoa
1 tsp salt
2 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup canola oil
2 T. cider vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups water
Directions
Sift all dry ingredients into large cake pan. Make three holes in mixture. In largest hole pour oil, in medium hole pour vinegar, in smallest hole pour vanilla. Cover all with water. Stir well with fork. Bake 36 min. at 350 degrees.
