Ingredients

    * Sun Dried Tomatoes,
    * One can chick Peas, drained
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    * Basil, 2 tbsp
    *Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp
    * Sea salt to taste

Directions

Drain the canned chick peas well, chop the sun dried tomatoes into small pieces. Add all ingredients (except the salt) into a sturdy mixing bowl (if you have a hand blender) or food processor. Puree until almost entirely smooth or until desired consistency is reached (I like to leave some sizable chunks - makes it more earthy). If consistency is too dry drizzle with olive oil and continue to puree until smooth. Add salt to taste.

Serve with fresh carrot and celery sticks, whole grain toast, crackers, pita bread or eat by itself for a great snack.
