Ingredients

    2-3 potatoes
    1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    Cajun or Old Bay Seasoning
    salt

Directions

Boil the potatoes whole in water for about 10 minutes until tender on the outside, but still somewhat raw in the inside. Let the potatoes cool down enough to handle. Cut the potatoes into thick wedges. Toss with oil and seasoning. Place directly on the grill. Grill potatoes for 5 minutes on each side, or unitl cooked all the way through.

    I haven't pulled them off the grill yet, but the ones I've snuck are deeeeelicious! Of course, you can't go wrong with Tony's...my only beef is that they are taking forever on the Foreman to cook...not ten minutes!!! And they smell so good, it's making me crazy! - 5/30/07
