Introduction

This is an adaptation of a Betty Crocker Cookbook recipe. It called for butter/margarine. Olive oil spray was used in place of all of the butter/margarine. Ingredients

    0.5 C all-purpose flour
    1 t paprika
    0.5 t salt
    0.25 t black pepper
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (each cut in half)
    4 skinless chicken legs
    1 skinless chicken thigh
    Olive oil spray

Directions

1.. Heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 13x9x2 inch rectangular pan.

2.. Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Place chicken in pan.

3.. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn chicken; spray with olive oil spray. Bake about another 30 minutes or until juices run clear.

    This chicken is very good. Quick and easy too! My kids and hubby loved it! I only used boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut them in half...they turned out moist and delicious! Thank you so much for posting this!!! - 5/26/09
