Ingredients

    1 boca burger original
    1 slice cheddar cheese (optional)
    1 whole wheat english muffin
    .5 tbsp light mayo
    .5 tbsp ketchup
    1 tsp yellow mustard

Directions

Firstly, the cheese is obviously optional on this burger and without it, it cuts 100 calories and a ton of sodium - so choose wisely!

Cook the boca burger on the stove or the microwave according to the box. (I choose microwave every time - saves a ton of time and tastes the exact same!).

Toast the english muffin at the same time.

Combine the three condiments separately and spread on the top and bottom half of the muffin.

Put the burger on the muffin and top immediately with the cheese so it melts a bit.

EAT UP! - Fast, easy and delicious!

    Very Good
I became addicted to Boca burgers when I was a vegetarian, and this is one of my favorite ways to eat them. The crunchy texture of the English muffin is so much better than bread or soggy buns - healthier too! I cut out the cheese and add a slice of tomato and onion. Great as a quick and easy lunch! - 5/1/13

    Incredible!
This was so simple and delicious. We made homemade potato skins (just sliced thin potato slices and baked them with cheese & bacon bits on top) as a side dish and the whole family (kids included) wanted more. Quick & easy! - 1/23/12
