Introduction

My Mom's favorite salad. Easy to make and delicious! My Mom's favorite salad. Easy to make and delicious!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 large tomatoes - sliced/cubed
    1 onion - sliced
    1 T dried oregano
    4 T extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Chill in fridge for at least 1/2 hour. The longer you chill it, the better it tastes!

Salt and pepper to taste. Wonderful for bread dipping.
