Ingredients

2 cups Tostitos Chunky Salsa Medium (or mild if you prefer less spicy)
1 16oz can Old El Paso Refried Beans, Vegetarian (contains no lard)
1 1/4 lb Lean Ground Beef (93% lean)
    Taco Seasoning or spices optional

Directions

Brown ground beef and drain off any grease. Add Salsa, Refried Beans and spices or seasoning if desired. Heat thoroughly and serve or allow to simmer 10 minutes so flavors combine better.

Use 3 Tablespoons mix to fill 6 inch flour or corn tortillas and enjoy or top with your choice of ingredients: lettuce, onions, pepper, cheese, salsa, sour cream.

Add to tortillas, roll up and place in a baking dish seam side down. Add a little tomato sauce to dish first and then pour remaining tomato sauce over rolled up tortillas. Top with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from heat and serve with spicy rice.

Place in a crock pot and keep warm to serve as a dip for chips, crackers, scoops, tortilla pieces, or veggies.
