Introduction
I wanted a simple Swedish meatball recipe with ingredients I'd most likely have on hand. This one uses both yogurt and sour cream to cut the fat but still provide the sour cream flavor. Ingredients

12 frozen meatballs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C beef broth
1 can of mushrooms
2 C egg noodles
1/2 C lowfat plain yogurt
1/2 C sour cream
2 tsp black pepper (or more if you like more)
Directions
Cook noodles in a pot of boiling, lightly salted water until tender.
In a large saucepan, combine soup, beef broth, meatballs, and mushrooms.
Cook over medium to medium high heat until meatballs are heated through and mixture is hot.
Remove from heat, add sour cream and yogurt; stir to combine.
Stir in cooked noodles, stir again. Add black pepper, garnish with dill and serve.
