Ingredients

    8 ounces House Foods Tofu Shirataki Noodle Fettucine shape
    1/2 Bumble Bee Garlic and Herb Chicken Breast
    1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese
    1 tsp fat free sour cream
    2 Tbsp diced Sundried Tomatoes

Directions

Chop chicken breast into small bite size pieces. Prepare noodles by rinsing well in water and thoroughly drying with paper towels. Microwave noodles for 1 minute 30 seconds on high. Add cheese, sour cream and chicken. Microwave for another 1 minute 30 seconds or until thoroughly heated. Mix well. Stir in sundried tomatoes. Enjoy!
